Conducting Prior art searches and assist in guiding IP strategy. Maintain IP docketing system. Liaise with external firms in patent litigation when necessary. Counsel regarding patentability, infringement, freedom to operate, and other IP related issues. Monitor and track new IP art in fields of interest.
