Drafting and negotiating intellectual property agreements concerning assigned areas of responsibility. Managing and supporting outside counsel concerning potential litigation matters.Addressing intellectual property aspects of acquisitions and divestitures. JD, BS in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and/or computer science 6-10 years of intellectual property experience. Admitted to CO bar (or another state and eligible to CO) & USPTO.
