Intellectual Property Associate
Associate with a minimum of 4 years of extensive experience in trademark prosecution and litigation for full range of trademark responsibilities. Litigation experience should include both TTAB proceedings and federal court litigation. Copyright experience is a plus. Strong academic background and writing skills required. Must be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to sit for next examination.
Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
Associate with 2 plus years of experience in intellectual property litigation. Experience handling all phases of patent, trademark and copyright litigation is required. Undergraduate or advanced degree in science is preferred. Must have excellent academic credentials, legal research and writing skills. Must be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to sit for next examination. United States Patent & Trademark Office registration desirable but not required.
Patent Associate or Agent
Associate with 1 to 8 years of patent application and prosecution experience. Electrical Engineering degree required, Master's degree preferred. Will consider patent agent candidates with a Ph.D. in EE. Good understanding of electronic circuits including good circuit level competency required. Familiarity with microelectronic circuits, particularly analog circuits, design and related microelectronics processing preferred. Must be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to sit for next examination. Patent agents must be must be registered with the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
