Patent Attorney (Corporate)
Patent Attorney with a Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science background to assist in the protection, licensing and enforcement of technology. Self-starter and entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing strategic counseling and portfolio management for across multiple technical areas. Kee up to date on technical advances and manage the intellectual property portfolio in particular technologies. MS/PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related scientific field. 1-3 years experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, as well as in analyzing and advising on patent infringement and validity issues. USPTO and MI registered. 2-5 years.
