Patent Associate or Agent EE
San Francisco or Menlo Park

Complete understanding and application of patent, trademark or intellectual property in the electrical arts. General knowledge of related disciplines.




Patent Attorney I


Complete understanding and application of patent, trademark or intellectual property in the oncology related chemistry field. General knowledge of related disciplines. Solves wide range of difficult problems, imaginative, thorough and practicable solutions are consistent with firm objectives. Works under only general direction. Independently develops solutions. Contributes to completion of patent, trademark or intellectual property related programs/projects. Frequent inter-organization in solving administrative services issues for project. J.D. and
PhD or MD with   3-5 Years experience in patent law.
