IP Associate Prosecutor EE or CS
3+ years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm setting. Seeking a registered patent attorney with an EE, computer engineering or computer science degree. Prior trademark experience, engineering work experience, and Arizona bar are desirable but not required. This position will be a mix of patent portfolio management and prosecution (including computer/software/systems technologies); IP licensing and transactional work; trademark advising and prosecution; and patent opinion, litigation support, and due diligence for corporate transactions. Experience in any of the foregoing is desirable, not required.
