This position is for an attorney for the Intellectual Property Section in the Legal Department Typical responsibilities include: patent application drafting and prosecution, counseling business and research clients, preparation of opinions and drafting and negotiating licenses and other agreements.10% travel required. Patent preparation and prosecution. Agreements - licenses, joint development and other agreements of significant business and legal complexity. Counseling business and research clients on intellectual property matters. BS (advanced degree preferred in chemistry or chemical engineering). USPTO Technology skills are required.
